1. These terms are subject to modification at our sole discretion, for any reason, at any time. It is your responsibility, as the user, to stay abreast of these changes. Although we will keep records of the last modification date, we will also endeavor to notify users of any potential alterations through our official communication channels.
2. The user explicitly agrees to abide by our Privacy Policy.
3. Please be aware that all gameplay on the LePoker platform involves the use of "fake chips" devoid of any monetary value, commonly referred to as "play money." The LePoker platform does not entail any real money fees for participation.
4. The user assumes complete responsibility for complying with the laws and restrictions of their country/state (including international laws) or obtaining the requisite legal permissions to partake in online poker.
5. The user's conduct, actions, and interactions with other users on the LePoker platform are solely their responsibility. While we are not obligated to intervene, we reserve the right to do so if deemed necessary.
6. As the LePoker platform does not facilitate gameplay with real money, age restrictions are not enforced. However, users must adhere to point 4.
7. We retain the right to deny access to any part of the LePoker platform to any user at any time without prior warning or specified reason. In such cases, we will make an effort to communicate the reason for denial.
8. We disclaim any liability for compromised games due to bugs or hacking. Nevertheless, we strive to prevent issues of this nature to the best of our abilities.
9. By participating on the LePoker platform, you relinquish any potential rights associated with your suggestions and ideas published or sent by you.
